Pore/Framework Structure:A LTA-Type topology with a SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of 2.0. α cage and β cage are the basis of zeolite crystal structure. The cage is an icosahedron consisting of six eight-membered rings, eight six-membered rings, and twelve four-membered rings. The maximum effective diameter of the window is 0.45nm, and the average effective diameter of the cage is 1.14nm. By controlling the pore size of the molecular sieve, the exchange of different cations can obtain the A-type molecular sieve with different pore size. The pore size of 3A(KA) molecular sieve is about 0.3nm, 4A(NaA) molecular sieve is about 0.4nm, and 5A (CaA) molecular sieve is about 0.5nm.

Applications: A zeolite serves as selective adsorbent, ion exchanger, liquid desiccant, and catalyst; 3A, 4A, 5A type zeolite can be used for the separation of iso-alkanes, O2/N2, ammonia decomposition gas, and oil/gas.
